How to Book Your Class

  • Half-Term Pass – A flexible option with a slightly higher per-session rate.

Where are the in-person sessions located?

We are located in the Greater London borough of Hillingdon.

All sessions are held in the 1st Ickenham Scouts Hall, Community Close, Ickenham UB10 8RE.

1. What should I do before attending a class?
Please inform the teacher of any health conditions, medications, or concerns that may affect your practice. This helps ensure your safety and comfort during the session.

2. What if I feel discomfort during class?
Let your teacher know immediately if you experience any discomfort, so they can adjust or suggest a modification.

3. When should I eat before class?
It’s best to have your last full meal at least 2 hours before the session. A light snack or a cup of tea is fine if needed closer to the class time.

4. What should I wear and bring to class?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your yoga mat. Any other equipment will be discussed by your teacher if needed.

5. Are all postures suitable during menstruation?
Not all postures are recommended during the first three days of menstruation. Please speak to your teacher before class for safe modifications.

6. Who can attend your classes?
Everyone is welcome! All levels are supported, and every posture can be modified to suit individual needs and abilities.
