This energising morning class is designed to help women feel stronger, steadier, and more confident in their bodies. Through a balanced blend of Hatha Yoga, breathwork (pranayama), and meditation, you'll improve mobility, build stronger muscles, develop better balance, and support your overall wellbeing.

Many women join because they are experiencing hormonal changes, fatigue, stiffness, stress, or simply want to maintain strength and vitality as they move through midlife and beyond.

Each class begins with a thorough warm-up through the joints, with particular attention to the hips and shoulders—areas where many women hold tension. Standing postures build strength, improve posture, support healthy bones and joints, and help develop stability and balance. Personalised guidance ensures you can move safely and confidently in a way that suits your body.

The practice continues with seated and floor-based poses that support pelvic health, digestion, circulation, and hormonal balance. We regularly include restorative practices such as Legs Up the Wall, a simple yet powerful posture that helps soothe the nervous system, encourage recovery, and create a sense of ease and steadiness.

Every class concludes with relaxation and meditation, including the deeply calming SOM (Sound of Meditation) practice developed by Shri Balaji Tambe. Students often leave feeling more grounded, clear-headed, and ready for the week ahead.

Apr 13th - Jul 6th– 12 wks (£13/session) – £156

1st half term: Apr 13th -May 18th – 6 wks (£15/session) – £90 

2nd half term: Jun 1st - Jul 6th – 6 wks (£15/session) – £90
