My Story: From Pain to Freedom

As a teen with scoliosis, I lived with constant back pain—until I found yoga. After just one session, my pain was gone. Over time, yoga gave me strength, flexibility, and peace of mind. It became my trusted companion, transforming not only my posture but also my emotional well-being.

Now, I’m sharing what I’ve learned to help others feel that same freedom.
