Stress Less Live More - The Rhythm Workshop

Stress Less, Live More

The Rhythm Workshop

Come and build your morning and evening rhythm with me — so your days feel steadier and less rushed.

You might not describe yourself as “stressed” — but life feels full, busy, and slightly relentless.

You’re doing a lot of the right things.
You’re coping. Getting on with it.
But you’re not really enjoying it.

This workshop starts from a simple idea:
Stress isn’t a personal failure — it’s often a loss of rhythm.

When our days have no clear beginning and no clear ending, the nervous system never quite settles.

Stress Less, Live More is an invitation to pause, take stock, and gently build a morning and evening rhythm
that supports how you want to feel — in real life, not in theory.

What we’ll do together

This is a live, guided workshop.

We don’t start with theory or perfect routines.
We start with how your days actually feel.

Together, we’ll:

  • look at how your mornings and evenings currently unfold.

  • explore how timing and rhythm affect steadiness, energy, and rest.

  • build a morning rhythm that supports how you want to begin the day.

  • build an evening rhythm that helps your body and mind let go.

  • adapt everything to your real life — work, family, energy levels.

There’s no “one right way”.
This is about finding what works for you.

How it’s structured

The workshop takes place over two live sessions, with space to try things out in between.

  • Session 1: Morning rhythm (2 hours, live on Zoom)

  • Implementation week: WhatsApp support while you put it into practice.

  • Session 2: Evening rhythm (2 hours, live on Zoom)

  • Implementation week: Support and small adjustments as your body responds.

The support is there, so you’re not left second-guessing yourself.

What you’ll leave with

By the end of the workshop, you won’t just have ideas.

You’ll have a rhythm you’ve already begun living.

You’ll leave with:

  • A personalised morning rhythm you can start straight away.

  • A supportive evening rhythm that helps the day feel complete.

  • More clarity about what steadiness feels like for you.

  • Less guessing, less forcing, and more trust in your body.

  • A sense of direction — without pressure to be perfect.

Most people notice the difference not because they’ve changed everything —
but because they’ve changed a few things that matter.

My approach

In this workshop, we don’t begin with lots of information.
We begin with experience.

First, we build your rhythm.
You try it in real life.
You notice what shifts — and what doesn’t.

You don’t need to understand everything first for it to work.
You need to feel it working — and then understanding can deepen it.

The workshop is informed by Ayurveda — particularly the idea that timing and rhythm matter more than effort.
But this isn’t about rules, doshas, or doing things “right”.

Everything is translated into everyday life, quietly and practically.

Optional background support (for the curious)

For those who are curious —
or who like to understand the why behind what they’re doing —
you’ll receive optional access to short background content from the Stress Less, Live More course.

These explore rhythm, timing, and stress,
and help make sense of what you’ll experience in the workshop.

They’re not something you need to study or complete beforehand.
You can watch or listen before, after, or not at all.

Understanding is there to support the experience — not to replace it.

(The background content is available as short videos or as a private podcast, so you can listen in a way that fits your life.)

About me

I’ve been teaching yoga and working with Ayurveda for many years, alongside running a busy life — teaching, family, responsibilities, and constant movement.

For a long time, I was coping well on the outside, but inside things felt rushed, fragmented, and tiring.

I wasn’t doing anything “wrong” — but I had no real rhythm to my days.

What changed things wasn’t more discipline or better routines.
It was learning how timing, rhythm, and small daily anchors affect the nervous system.

That’s what I now help others do — not by handing over rules, but by building rhythms that fit real lives.

Is this workshop for you?

This workshop is for you if:

  • You’re tired of chasing the next solution or reset.

  • You want something grounded you can return to again and again.

  • You’re curious about creating steadiness rather than optimising your life.

  • You want guidance and support, not another thing to figure out alone.

  • You’re open to experimenting gently and seeing how your body responds.

This isn’t a new trend or a quick fix.

The ideas here are rooted in long-standing knowledge about rhythm and timing,
adapted to modern life —
so they can flex with different seasons, workloads, family demands, and life stages.

This workshop may not be the right fit if you’re looking for rigid routines, rules, or shortcuts.

This work asks for presence rather than perfection.
