I’m Katja, the founder of Zest for Yoga, which I started over twenty-five years ago.
Yoga and Ayurveda have been part of my life even longer — not just as practices I teach, but as systems I live by.

As a yoga teacher and Ayurveda Diet and Lifestyle Consultant, I support busy, health-conscious women who feel depleted, unsettled, or stuck in stress cycles. My work is practical and grounded — focused on simple tools from Yoga and Ayurveda that fit real lives, not ideal routines.

I’m especially passionate about helping working mums who feel stretched thin regain a sense of steadiness, confidence, and trust in their bodies — without adding more pressure or complexity.
