How do you feel about maintaining your Yoga practice throughout the summer holidays?

You can’t fit it in? Too much to do? Time is precious!

You would love to keep your practice and stay calm, flexible and keep your cool, BUT …

I am so delighted to be able to help you fit all in!

Read about this new 5-week Summer online Yoga course which allows you to have it all.

A 5-week course of pre-recorded videos, so you can take your Yoga practice at home or wherever you are.

  • Each week 3 videos will be released.

  • Each video is 20 min long to fit into your day.

Each Monday and Friday a 20 min morning session is released, containing:

  • Surya Namaskar (easy-to-follow tutorial available),

  • 2 standing postures,

  • 2 floor-based postures,

  • short relaxation.

  • all will be breath-led.

Wednesday will be a breathing and relaxation-based session, 20 min, which will be ideal for the evening.

Each week has a different focus and there is progression throughout the weeks.

All videos, as they get released, can be practised until September 4th. This leaves you the freedom to practice either along with the schedule or to revisit previous videos. 

The first video will be released Monday, July 25th 2022, at 7 am. If you wish a daily practice, you can repeat the video until the next one is released. All released videos are at your disposal until  Sunday, September 4th.

5 weeks, 3 videos per week, a total investment of £50.
