Lift your Mood with Food
Never wonder, "What's for dinner?" again.
Feel calmer, clearer, and more energised — long before the 12 weeks are over.
If you’re tired of waking up exhausted…
If your digestion feels unpredictable…
If your mood changes with the smallest trigger…
If you’re doing your best but nothing is really shifting…
You’re not doing anything wrong.
It’s your rhythm.
Lift Your Mood with Food is a 12-week Ayurvedic journey that helps you rebuild your energy, digestion, and emotional steadiness — through simple routines, nourishing food, and daily practices that meet you where you are.
This isn’t about dieting, perfection, or “hustling” your way to health.
It’s about learning the gentle rhythms that bring your body back into balance.
Stop Managing Stress and Food Separately
Your energy crashes mid-afternoon. Your digestion is unpredictable. Your moods swing with the weather.
You’ve tried doing more — but the answer isn’t more effort.
It’s rhythm.
When you eat, move, and rest in tune with nature, your body recalibrates.
You feel lighter, clearer, and steadier — physically, mentally, emotionally.
That’s what this programme helps you create.
You don’t need to wait 12 weeks to feel a difference
Every body is unique — but most women notice gentle shifts in the first 2–3 weeks, such as:
steadier energy throughout the day
less bloating or digestive discomfort
calmer mood and fewer emotional spikes
clearer thinking and easier decision-making
improved sleep quality
a growing sense of “coming back to myself”
These early changes happen not because you’re doing more, but because for the first time, your daily rhythm begins to match what your body actually needs.
And as the weeks unfold, those small shifts stack into deep, lasting change.

Why It Works

You’ll learn, apply, reflect, and integrate — with guidance every step.
This is how balance becomes your new normal.
What Lasting Change Really Looks Like
One of my past students joined this programme three years ago.
She created a folder with every handout.
She revisits it every time life feels a little too full.
What she learned wasn’t a “diet” or a temporary fix; it became her anchor.
When she feels stretched, unsettled, or off-balance, she goes back to a soupy reset day, reconnects to her rhythm, and feels grounded again — every time.
This is the heart of the programme: tools you can return to again and again, long after the 12 weeks are over.
Real Women. Real Results.
“Small changes that gave instant results — and helped me heal emotionally.”
“Thank you, Katja, for introducing me to the basics of Ayurveda. This came into my life at the right time, when I needed help after personal events. The small changes you suggested were not only doable — which made them easier to follow long term — but also gave me instant results.
This helped me immensely to heal emotionally. Your course format is so balanced — it involves self-study, group calls where you bring everyone together to share, and 1:1 sessions where individual questions can be addressed.
Your cooking videos and recipes are easy to follow — the yellow moong dal is a hit in our household and our favourite go-to when pressed for time but still wanting something healthy on the table.
Thank you for everything. I’m sure I’ve only scratched the surface and can’t wait to learn more.”
— Shital
“The best decision of my year — it transformed my lifestyle.”
“Introduction to Ayurveda with Katja Patel is the first thing you should enrol in if you’re looking to transform your lifestyle. I can term this as my best decision of 2023.
This course helped me introduce extremely prominent, life-changing habits that I hope to keep forever — from early dinners and better sleep routines to reducing caffeine and understanding my family’s health needs. I now have more energy without supplements, and even my grocery list looks different!
Decisions were tough, but once I started seeing results, every bit of effort was worth it.
Today I feel more energetic, more stress-free, more organised, disciplined, efficient, and capable of handling my responsibilities as a working mother and wife.
Thank you, Katja, for the course and for all your help during the process.”
— Namita Shetty
“It’s an investment.”
Yes — but so is your wellbeing.
You’ve already spent time, money, and energy chasing quick fixes.
This gets to the root cause — rebuilding digestion and energy so you feel strong, clear, and emotionally steady again.
“Life-changing — I’ll use this knowledge forever.”
Joey Beevor, Yoga Teacher & Personal Assistant
“I don’t have time.”
You’ll spend around 20 minutes a day — often while walking, cooking, or driving.
Every practice saves time by simplifying what’s already not working.
This isn’t about adding more — it’s about removing the noise.
“Isn’t Ayurveda complicated?”
Not the way I teach it.
No memorising Sanskrit. No rigid rules.
Just step-by-step guidance, clear handouts, and coaching that helps you apply what you learn.
Ayurveda becomes your toolkit — not your homework.
You don’t need more content — you need the right content.
Your bonuses are carefully chosen to make life easier, not busier.
They save time, build confidence, and help you start strong.

Why Rhythm Matters to Me
People often tell me I seem calm and grounded — as if rhythm comes naturally to me.
But I didn’t always live this way.
I grew up with a steady rhythm: home-cooked meals, seasonal living, regular mealtimes.
But in my twenties, I swung into the complete opposite — long nights, irregular eating, and even grabbing kebabs at 4 am after dancing all night.
From an Ayurvedic perspective… a total digestive disaster.
Over time, my body let me know something wasn’t right.
My digestion became unpredictable, my energy crashed, and eventually I developed ulcerative colitis.
Yoga and Ayurveda didn’t “add” more rules to my life.
They brought me back to something simple and powerful:
regular meals, steady mornings, consistent rest, warm nourishing food, and a daily rhythm that made my body feel safe again.
That’s when everything changed — digestion, mood, energy, sleep, clarity.
Lift Your Mood with Food is built on the same principles that helped me rebuild my health and sense of ease.
Not a diet.
Not a quick fix.
A return to rhythm.
And when your rhythm comes back, your well-being follows.
Meet Katja
Twenty-two years ago, I founded Zest for Yoga, and since then Yoga and Ayurveda have been integral to my life. As a Yoga teacher and Ayurveda Diet & Lifestyle Consultant, I help busy, health-conscious women manage stress, anxiety, and confidence issues with practical tools from Yoga and Ayurveda.
I faced a significant health challenge with ulcerative colitis and discovered that Ayurveda and Yoga were my path to recovery. Changing my diet, lifestyle, and daily rhythm transformed my health — and I now share these same principles so you can experience balance, energy, and confidence in your own life.
👉 You don’t need to know Ayurveda — you just need the willingness to start.
“The course helped me break my aversion to cooking, which isn’t something I naturally enjoy. I learnt about food as a concept of ‘nourishing the mind and body’, and this has been transformational in how I now approach food preparation for my family.”
— Anjalee P.
Real Change Takes Support — Not Willpower
You’ve done enough on your own.
It’s time to work with your body, not against it.
This programme gives you the guidance, structure, and community to make that possible — step by step, without overwhelm.
Every woman who’s joined started exactly where you are now: busy, tired, and unsure.
What they discovered is that small shifts, applied consistently, change everything.
You don’t need more effort — you need rhythm.
